DISTRICT DEPUTY GRAND MASTER REPORTS

 

Dear Secretaries, Worshipful Masters, and District Deputy Grand Masters:

The check-list for the District Deputy Grand Master's visit can be found here. 

The following reports are to be completed by the District Deputies and submitted to Grand Lodge.  The first link is Part 1 which is to be completed by the Lodge Secretary and Worshipful Master who will present it to the DDGM at the time of his Official Visit.

You can type on the form and then print it for your DDGM - please retain a copy for your own records.

Part 1

DDGM Report on Lodges

The second part of this report is to be completed by the DDGM.  This report is be submitted with Part 1 to the Grand Secretary, who will past it along to the Grand Master's Administrative Assistant.  The report can be completed online and printed.  Just fill in the information, select print when you have completed the report, and save it for your own records.  Each Lodge and DDGM should keep a copy for their records.

The reports need to be signed and sent to the District Deputy Grand Master, who will forward them to the Grand Secretary.
