Grand Lodge Information Technology Committee
Information on Lodge websites provided by the Grand Lodge of Virginia
Charter:
The Grand Lodge Information Technology Committee was established to
facilitate Masonic use and representation on the Internet as a
means of assisting both Masons and non-Masons seeking
information about Freemasonry in Virginia. To this goal,
the Committee has established and maintains this website for
the Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons in the
Commonwealth of Virginia.
The Committee
also assists Craft Lodges in designing and establishing their
own web sites. In support of the Craft Lodges the
Committee has published a
Policy for Subordinate Lodge Web Pages On The Internet
that provides general
guidance from the Grand Lodge and a set of
Suggested
Guidelines for Creating a Masonic Website
to assist lodges in designing and
implementing their own sites.
