The Grand Master’s 2010 Gala for the Masonic Home of Virginia is less than a month away. That’s right! Illustrious Roy Clark will perform on July 30, 2010, at the Richmond Scottish Rite Center, 4204 Hermitage Road, Richmond Virginia. The dinner and concert is not just for the Masonic family, but for friends, relatives, and guests, as well. It is approximately a $100 value for half the price. Where else can you get a fine dinner and professional entertainment so reasonable? This may well be a once in a lifetime event for Virginia Freemasonry. The outcome of this fundraiser will be the direct results of your effort.
Sponsorships purchased for this event are 100% tax-deductible and will include a special souvenir to remember the event.
The sponsorships of the Grand Master's 2010 Gala will be available at four levels:
Gold Page — $300;
Silver Page — $200;
White Page — $100; and
Half White Page — $65.

Cost:
$50 per dinner ticket or $25 per theater ticket
The festivities will include a catered dinner in the dining hall of the Richmond Scottish Rite Center. Seating is limited to 400 with 10 people per table. Each dinner ticket is priced at $50. After the dinner, Masons and their ladies will recess to the theater and enjoy entertainment provided by Illustrious Roy Clark. Due to the larger seating capacity of the theater over the dining hall, the Grand Master’s Gala Committee will have an additional 250 tickets available for sale for the performance only. Each theater ticket is priced at $25.
There are NO physical paper tickets for the event. ALL tickets will be E-tickets. There are two ways to get tickets.
By email: E-ticket reservations. The purchaser should send an email to gmgala2010@gmail.com and then mail payment to the address below. An E-ticket will be emailed back to them, which they will print and bring with them.
Pick up at the door: payment should be mailed to the address below. Purchaser will pick up their E-ticket the night of the event at the door. Sale of dinner or theater tickets will be strictly on a “first-come-first-served” basis.

The deadline for dinner ticket sales is July 20. There is no deadline for theater ticket sales – except for notification of a sell-out.
